The episode starts with Dadisaa asking Gehna whether Ganga had milk. Gehna says, she have drunk little amount of milk. Basant says, I am going for work. He asks her to sleep on the bed rather than on the floor. But Dadisaa is adamant. She asks Makhan singh as Basant left his mobile. Basant leaves. Gehna says, he will be back home in sometime. Saachi looks at Sumitra and Bhairov angrily. Ankita provokes her. Saachi drinks the wine and says I am ready to meet them. Ira sees Saachi heading towards Sumitra. She tries to go to Saachi but some irritating guest keeps her busy with her talk. Ira excuses herself. Sumitra is talking about Ganga. She says, we are taking care of her as it is about mother and child lives. Saachi comes and puts her hand on her shoulder. Saachi greets her and calls her maa. Everyone are tensed. Sumitra greets her as well. Saachi asks, can I call you maa even now. She calls papa to Bhairov. She asks, how are you all? She says, you might have get news about me from Anandi bhabhi. She is taking care of me and giving lectures. She asks Sumitra to start with her lecture. Ira comes and asks her to come. Saachi says, I need to talk to them.

Shiv gets a call and is tensed. He says sorry to Bhairov as he attended the call between the celebration. Mahi asks everyone to applauds for his bhabhi and bhaiyya. Gehna asks Dadisaa, shall I serve you dinner. Dadisaa says, no. We will eat after Basant comes. Nurse comes and informs them that Ganga is finding difficult in breathing. Dadisaa asks, did you call Jagya. Nurse says, he is not picking the call. Dadisaa calls on hospital’s number. She is told that Jagya is busy in operation. They worries for Ganga as Basant is also not at home.

Shiv and Anandi exchange garlands. Everyone claps..Mahi says, come and join us on the dance floor. Everyone are happy and dancing. Shiv and Anandi smile looking at them. Mahi asks Anandi to join them. Anandi says no. Sumitra asks, are not you happy? Anandi says, I am not feeling like dancing. Orphanage kids come to wish them happy anniversary. They talk about the gift which will make her happy. Anandi is very happy to see Amol. Warden says, he is your son Amol Shiv Raj Shekhar. This is a gift from our orphanage. Anandi couldn’t believe her ears and is very much happy. Shiv says, I told you naa that everything is going to be good. Sumitra and Bhairov look surprised. Anandi goes and hugs him affectionately. Ira and Saachi are not happy with the happenings.

Nurse tells Dadisaa that Ambulance is not free at the moment. Dadisaa worries what to do and asks for the way from Devimaa. Nurse says, we can’t wait any longer. We have to take her to the hospital anyhow. Dadisaa says, ok. We will push this bed till the jeep. I will take her to the hospital.

Shiv informs everyone that Amol is our son. We have decided to adopt him. And orphanage agency sent a bundle of joy on our annivesary. He is the best gift which we have got. Daddu and Alok are happy. People starts gossipying why they decided to adopt instead opting for their own child. They talk about the weakness in any of them. They ask Ira, are you happy with their decision. Ira says, we are happy with their happiness. Alok asks Ira to meet Amol.

Sumitra tells Bhairov that whatever Anandi has done, I don’t have any issue with it. It will be good for the kid but it is not easy to take care of him. Bhairov says, Anandi is happy and is always lived upto her commitments. He says, as Shiv and Anandi we shall be happy. I am proud of her. She has proved that her heart is golden. Sumitra says you are saying right. Her thinking is broad and good. Dadisaa, Gehna and Nurse push the stretcher to reach till the jeep. Gehna says, we have to hold the stretcher. Stretcher falls, Dadisaa is shell shocked.

Precap:Saachi tells Anoop that you have become dadaji…Anoop says I have become chote dadaji. Saachi says you have become dadaji and informs him about Shiv being his son. He asks Meenu to tell the truth. Meenu nods in a yes. Anandi and Shiv are dancing along with the kids. Anoop comes and holds Shiv. Saachi smiles.
